SkinVision helps you recognize early signs of skin cancer, but it does not replace a doctor.
The app supports you in monitoring your skin, so you can better understand when to seek medical advice.
How SkinVision helps
With the Smart Check, you can take a photo of a mole or skin spot.
The app analyzes the image and provides a risk indication, low or high risk, helping you identify which spots may need attention.
SkinVision is a guidance tool, not a diagnostic device. Only a doctor can confirm whether a skin spot is cancerous and advise on appropriate treatment.
When to visit a doctor
You should always consult a doctor if you notice that a skin spot:
-
changes in shape or color,
-
becomes irritated, itchy, or starts bleeding,
-
or looks or feels different than before.
SkinVision can help you track changes over time, but medical evaluation is essential if you have any concerns.
What to look for
Regular skin checks are an important part of prevention. Pay special attention to:
-
Asymmetry: one half of the spot looks different from the other.
-
Borders: edges are uneven or blurred.
-
Color: multiple or irregular colors are present.
-
Diameter: larger than 6 mm (about the size of a pencil eraser).
If you notice any of these features, schedule an appointment with your doctor or dermatologist.
A tool for awareness
Think of SkinVision as your first step toward peace of mind.
It helps you become more aware of your skin, notice changes early, and take action when needed in collaboration with your doctor, not instead of one.
