SkinVision is available for iOS and Android devices. The app is functional for most android smart phones (2017 and above) and iPhone 6 and higher devices. To see a list of devices we do not support, see here.
If you do not use an iPhone and your device is not on the list of unsupported devices, please check whether the device is Play Protect certified.
- Open the Google Play Store
- Open the menu tab and go to 'Settings'
- In the settings screen, scroll down and check the Play Protect certification as shown in the image below:
If your device is not certified, please consult this link for further explanation.
If you already have the app installed on your phone but are unable to update the app, this could possibly be caused by a glitch in the Google PlayStore. Logging in and out of the Google PlayStore may fix this problem.
