For users insured in the Netherlands
Below is a list of health insurers offering free access to SkinVision:
- CZ, Just, OHRA, Nationale Nederlanden, De Friesland and FBTO: All insured persons.
- ZieZo: Free access with an Additional 1 or Additional 2 package.
- Zilveren Kruis: Free access with some additional insurances.
Linking your account to your health insurer is easy:
After verifying your e-mail address, you can indicate that you want to use SkinVision through your health insurance. Enter your insurance number or Citizen Service Number (BSN). Your BSN can be found on the back of your driving licence, passport or ID card and click on 'Link my account'. You will receive a confirmation that it was successful.

You can also choose to link your health insurance manually using the steps below:
- Go to 'Account'.
- Click on 'Link your insurance'.
- Click 'Yes, get free access' and fill in all required details.
- Click on 'Link account'.

For users insured in Belgium
Insured persons of Helan
You can use SkinVision free of charge through your health insurance with Helan. Download the app and create your SkinVision account based on your name, date of birth, email address (the same one you used with Helan) and add the promo code. You received the promo code in the email from Helan. After this, verify the account via the email and then enter the insurance number / member ID and date of birth.
Did you previously create an account at SkinVision with the same e-mail address as your Helan account?
Go to your registered email address of Helan and check the e-mail. Please click on the link and the promo code is applied in your account.
You can also add the promo code in the app:
1. Open the SkinVision app.
2. Click on 'Account' in the bottom right corner.
3. Click on 'Add promo code'.
4. Enter the code you received here and click 'Add'.
You will now see confirmation whether it was successful.
Insured persons of CM, Partenamut, Liberale Mutualiteit or VNZ
You will receive the full amount of 20 euros for an annual subscription back from your health insurance fund/mutual if you are a member of CM, Partenamut, Liberale Mutualiteit or VNZ.
