Why am I not getting free access to SkinVision after switching my insurance?
During the month of January, VeCoZo (a secure platform for exchanging insurance data) is performing an update. As part of this update, VeCoZo may continue to display your old 2024 insurance details. This could cause a temporary issue where some users who have switched insurance providers may not receive free access to SkinVision, even though they are eligible.
This issue is temporary and should be resolved once the VeCoZo update is completed in January. In the meantime, we’re here to assist you.
