The SkinVision application is currently experiencing issues with these specific devices;
- iPhone 11 Pro
- iPhone 11 Pro Max
- iPhone 12 Pro
- iPhone 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 13
Some of these devices are causing the failure when taking a picture. The camera is not able to focus enough for a Smart Scan. This is not consistent across all iPhones.
We're working hard to find a long-term solution with Apple. However, in the meantime, we'll be releasing a short-term solution from our end, which should help to resolve this issue.
