How do I make sure the Promo Code I received is activated?

Should you have received a Promo Code via one of our Partners, but are unsure or have difficulties on how to exactly fill this in and activate the code, we ask you to please follow the below steps.

1. To start, click on “My SkinVision” at the bottom right of the start screen.
2. Go to “Add promo code” under the “Help and Support” tab.
3. Fill your promo code in and click “Add” in the bottom right corner.
4. You will now receive an in app notification if you succeeded.
