How do I verify my email address?

As it is mandatory to verify your email address before gaining access to the SkinVision app, we would like to explain the necessary steps involved:

1. After you get to the verification screen in app you will be prompted to verify your SkinVision account via email.
2. Please open the verification email that was sent to the email address you have signed up with (titled “Activate your SkinVision account”).
3. Click the button ‘Verify My Email Address’ in the verification email and within a couple of seconds your account is successfully verified and you are ready to use the SkinVision app.

Not receiving the email? Check in the SkinVision app whether you have entered the correct email address. You can change it and/or send the verification email to your inbox again.
