If you have forgotten your password:
You can reset it by selecting ‘Log in’ in the first screen of the application. After entering the email that you used to sign up, select ‘I forgot my password’.
You’ll receive an email within a few minutes containing a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox after two minutes, check your spam folder.
Click on the link in the email to reset your password. You will be taken to a new page where you can then create a new password for your account. Click on the “Set Password” link to complete the process.
If you forgotten your email address:
SkinVision customer support can’t change your email address for privacy and security reasons.. We ask you to consider if you have registered with any other email that you have access to. If this is not the case, we advise you to create a new account with us, using an email address that you currently have access to.
Tip: Before creating a new account, perhaps check both or all of your email accounts for a previous welcome email from us. This may be able to help you determine which email address you used when originally signing up.
